Community Support

The Food Pantry
Open every Tuesday & Friday at 10am, our Food Pantry provides affordable food to support local households. Please bring your own bags and a £3.00 donation. First-time visitors will need proof of identification. This project is made possible thanks to generous food collections from multiple supermarkets and the dedication of our fantastic volunteer team.
Emergency Food Project
We quietly provide emergency food parcels for a range of organisations supporting people in crisis.
Every situation is different, so we always begin by asking what type of hamper is needed — from a homeless pack to options suitable for someone with only a kettle, a kettle and toaster, or limited cooking facilities. It is often very eye-opening, and we treat every request with dignity and care. We do not publicly advertise this service, as many individuals are fleeing domestic violence or unsafe situations, and their safety is our priority at all times.
Clothing, Coats, Shoes & School Uniforms
We provide a wide range of free clothing, coats, shoes, and school uniforms for anyone in the community who needs support. This service is here to help individuals and families through difficult times, ensuring everyone has access to essential items without worry or cost.
Ravens Project (Prom & Posh Occasional Wear
We offer a large selection of prom dresses, occasion wear, men’s suits, and even wedding dresses — with 90% of items brand new and all completely free to support our community. We also provide a wide range of footwear and a small selection of handbags, ensuring everyone can feel confident and special for any event without financial worry.
Furniture
We collect and receive good-quality furniture, bedding, and household items, and if they are suitable for community use, we store them until they are needed. When someone is setting up a home or facing hardship, these items are provided completely free, helping families and individuals get back on their feet with dignity and support.
White Goods
We receive a wide range of cookers, fridges, freezers, washing machines, and hoovers. If they are in good condition, we PAT test them and make them ready for community use. Some items even arrive brand new. All are given completely free to support individuals and families in need.
Drop In and we will help!
We are always here for anyone who contacts us or walks through our doors. If we can help, we will — and if we can’t, we’ll always know someone who can. We stay by your side throughout the process, offering support, guidance, and reassurance until you feel confident and ready to move forward independently. We never leave anyone facing things alone.
